Rental Assistance/Housing

A variety of rental housing assistance options are available to low-income residents of the City of Anaheim, through the Anaheim Housing Authority. The goal of these programs is to insure that low-income households, who live or work in Anaheim, have safe and affordable housing for their families. These programs are targeted to families and individuals who are low- or very-low income. Program participants who live or work in Anaheim receive a preference in receiving assistance under these programs.

The Affordable Rental Housing Program is a City sponsored program that offers apartments in selected developments at below market rents. Low-income households qualify for this program. These privately owned apartments are located throughout Anaheim. Preference is given to households who live or work in Anaheim.

To apply for any of the programs offered or to find out more information, please contact the
Anaheim Housing Authority at (714) 765-4320.
