Building Permit Refunds

 

In order to request a refund, please complete the Refund Request Form. Refunds will only be considered if the following apply:

·         No plan review has been done on a plan check submittal, or

·         No inspections have been done on an issued permit, and

·         The refund request is received less than 180 days from payment of a fee.

The permit issuance fee is non-refundable and up to 80 percent of the fee paid will be refunded for eligible requests.

Upon review of the refund request, you will be notified in writing if you qualify for a refund.

The Building Division of the City of Anaheim is located on the first floor of City Hall East, 200 S. Anaheim Blvd. Counter hours are Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. For more information, call the Building Division at (714) 765-5153 or click here to visit their website.
