How do I bid on a Scheduled Public Works Capital Improvement Project?
The City advertises for construction bids in the Daily Journal. Typically, the bid is advertised for one week. A pre-bid meeting is scheduled within two weeks of the first advertisement date, and bids are due two weeks after the pre-bid meeting. The City does not have a pre-qualification procedure, and the pre-bid meetings are not mandatory (unless stated otherwise in the bidding documents). 

Bid documents can be picked up at the Municipal Services Center, located at 8602 Rosemary Street. Fees for the bid documents vary, but are listed in the advertisement.
