Graffiti - on private property

Graffiti shall not be allowed to remain on any building, sign, fence or other structure in the city. It is the duty of the owner, lessee or occupant or any representative of same to remove all graffiti as often as necessary.

The City of Commerce City will remove or paint over graffiti on private property with a signed consent from the property owner/occupant. This service is provided at no cost.
