The city advertises for construction bids in The Daily Journal and Colorado Construction magazine, www.colorado.construction.com or 800.393-6343. Ads usually run for a one-week period.  

For some projects, a pre-bid meeting may be scheduled within two weeks of the first advertisement date.  The city does not require pre-qualification; pre-bid meetings are not mandatory unless stated otherwise in bidding documents.

Bid documents are available at the Municipal Services Center, 8602 Rosemary St.  Fees for bid documents vary and are listed in the advertisement.
