• Features 114apartments, both 1- and 2-bedroom units;
• For adults 55 and older, or people with disabilities;
• Income restrictions apply.

NOTE: Both of these developments have household income limits. This is not the same as public housing or subsidized housing which CCHA does not offer at this time.
