The Commerce City Housing Authority offers rental assistance for qualified applicants. A Section 8 housing subsidy is available for those who rent from private landlords. CCHA annually inspects these rented units to ensure they meet HUD housing quality standards.

Currently the Section 8 waitlist is closed and may be for the next couple years. We are not accepting applications at this time.
