Commerce City has updated its zoning code and map, effective March 1. Known as the Land Development Code (LDC), it sets guidelines for land use, landscaping, fencing, and more. It is separate from the Comprehensive Plan, which guides development types and locations. Development review applications submitted after March 1 must comply with the updated regulations.
