Loose/Stray Animal The Animal Control Ordinance prohibits animals (except cats) from running at large.  The animal must be in a house, behind a fence, on a chain or tether and under physical restraint at all times. A trap may be requested for cats that are creating a nuisance and running at large.  Once the animal is captured, please call Animal Control at 972-274-CITYfor pick up.
