A max of 10 cubic yards per month. Anything over the limit is the sole responsibility of the property owner. Each home will be allotted up to 10 cubic yards of bulk items or unbundled brush collection per month per year. Republic Services will collect the items during your designated Quadrant Week. Republic is not responsible for cleaning up sidewalks or streets after large bulk/brush collections. If a resident reaches their monthly max collections before the end of the month and needs more service before the start of the next month, there will be a $50 fee for each 5-cubic yards of excess bulk/brush. Place items at the front curb, as close to the street as possible. Corner properties may not opt to place items on the side of the property. Do not block with vehicles or other obstacles (mailboxes, trees, fences, etc.). Allow up to 16 ft overhead above piles to avoid utility poles. Unacceptable Items include vehicle parts, tires, batteries, carpet, flammables, hazardous waste, electronic waste, and older-model mirrored televisions (with a hump in the back). Any type of construction material to include lumber, drywall, paneling, tile, flooring, siding, concrete, sheet rock, bricks, glass or carpet/area rugs larger than 8’ x 10’ will not be collected.
