Sand Bags Sandbags will be delivered on a first come first serve basis.  No more than 24 sandbags within a year will be dropped off at one location.  Street Department will drop sandbags off at curbside.  Sandbags will not be dropped off if there is no problem found.  Sandbags will only be delivered to DeSoto residents.
