The assigned zoning district for a particular property is specific for each property. 

The use of property is governed by the zoning district where it lies within the Town and is specific for each property.  Permitted uses may be found in the Fountain Hills Zoning Ordinance as follows:

Single-Family Residential Districts include R1-190, R1-43, R1-35, R1-35H, R1-18, R1-10, R1-10A, R1-8, R1-8A, R1-6, and R1-6A.
