Survey Section staff review the cut sheets for proposed concrete curb and gutters, pipelines (storm, sanitary, water), and base rock. Forms or string lines for curbs will also be checked by survey through the use of a level prior to placement of concrete.
The developer submits four legible copies of cut sheets to the Survey Section at least two working days in advance of their proposed use. Specific staking requirements and review procedures are outlined in Construction Staking Standard for Private Development.
