You may rent these areas of City Hall for private use during non-business hours:
Rotunda This is the circular, glass-enclosed entry area. Rental cost = $560 per event. Capacity limits depend on the floor plan used: 1. Theater Style Seating - 166 people 2. Round Table Seating - 120 people 3. Standing - 356 people.
Pre-function Area This is the area on the 2nd floor outside the City Council Chambers overlooking the Rotunda. Only standing events are permitted in this area. Rental cost = $349 per event.
Outdoor Plaza Area Cost for 4-hour rental = $458; Cost of an all day rental = $504
Council Chambers Cost per event = $458

Non-business hours available for private events City Hall rooms: Fridays 5 PM – 10 PM; Saturdays & Sundays 8:00 AM – 10:00 PM.
City Hall Plaza (outdoor): Saturdays & Sundays only 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM, or 30 minutes before Sundown, whichever time is earlier.
