The Hayward Public Library supports each person's right to know, and encourages the development of a lifelong interest in reading and literature.
The Library is an advocate and resource for new readers of all ages through its diverse collection of online and traditional materials, its Literacy Plus adult tutoring program, and the After School Mini Learning Center for students K thru 6th grade.
