The City of Hayward has outstanding several issues of various types of municipal bonds including:
- revenue bonds
- tax allocation bonds
- certificates of participation
- assessment districts
- community facilities district
The City does not sell bonds directly to the public. Bonds may be purchased from banks and brokerages.
Bond owners requesting information regarding payouts should contact:
- financial institution from which the bond was purchased, or
- bond trustee responsible for disbursing bond payments
The City contracts with MuniFinancial for administration of assessment districts and should contact them for information relating to assessment district payoffs.
