The City’s Water Pollution Source Control Division issues wastewater discharge permits to industrial sewer users who discharge certain types of waste into the City’s sewer system.
There are fees associated with permitting and discharge.
City staff monitors compliance with permits, and assists in the computation of sewer usage and capacity fees. The Utility Services Rates and Charges schedule lists:
- wastewater discharge permit fees
- sewer system connection fees
- sewer service charges.
