A Fire Department permit is required prior to Christmas Tree or Pumpkin lot "set up." Please download and complete a Fire Department Permit Application. Please include the date of "set up," and when the lot will be available for inspection.
Once the application is submitted, the lot will be inspected by a Fire Inspector. The purpose of the inspection is to verify that the lot reflects the site plan as submitted and does not create an undue fire or life safety hazard to the public or adjacent buildings and property.
