The Hayward Fire Department requires a fire permit for the operation of an outdoor cooking booth.
A Responsible Vendor application form for an Outdoor Cooking Booth is to be completed and submitted with the appropriate fee. Fees may be waived by the Fire Marshal if the vendor represents a non-profit organization (proof must be included with the application).
The vendor will be responsible for satisfying all regulations in their cooking booth area required by the Fire Department.
