Fire Department permit
is
required
for any
installation
of an
automatic entry gate.
Submittal requirements
include:
completed
Fire Department Permit Application
;
appropriate fees;
two (2) sets of scaled plans reflecting the location of the installation, dimensions of gate and road widths;
equipment specification sheets.
