Each fiscal year (July 1 through June 30), the City Council adopts a Capital Improvement Program (CIP) budget. The CIP presents projects for improving the City's streets, water and sewer sytems, public buildings, and other infrastructure needs.
Besides the current CIP budget, the document also presents projects and estimated costs for capital improvements for an additional nine years. This enables staff to identify future needs. The CIP is updated annually.
