The City of Hayward has a government cable television station, KHRT - Channel 15, which has a community bulletin board. Announcements on the bulletin board are limited to City of Hayward sponsored programs and events, and public service announcements.
Generally, announcements run for a maximum of two weeks. If your program qualifies, email or mail your request- at least one month prior to the event - with the following information:
- organization name, address phone # and non-profit #;
- contact person - name, phone # and email address;
- program or event or public service information to be advertised; and
- announcement text.
