How do I apply for a Board, Commission or Committee?
The City Clerk accepts applicationsat any time; however, interviews are generally held once a year in June. Click on a link below to learn more about each official group and request an application there.
The interviews give applicants a chance to talk with the Mayor and City Council members. After the interviews, the Council selects applicants to fill current vacancies.
What is the time commitment?
The Boards, Commissions and Committees meet at different times. The attendance policy requires members to attend not less than 75% of all regular meetings. A member may be removed if they miss three consecutive regular meetings.
