Hayward Municipal Code Section 5-7.20 – Inoperable, wrecked, dismantled partially repaired or abandoned boats, trailers, cars, motorcycles, and/or other vehicles of similar kind and use must be stored in an enclosed structure, I.E. a garage. Operable vehicles stored in the front yard must be parked on the designated driveway that provides direct access to the garage.
