Utilities - Customer Service

Need to sign up for new water service, pay a bill or have a question about your utilities? 

Contact the Utility Customer Service staff in the Finance Department located in Longview City Hall, 1525 Broadway Street.  There customers may sign up for new water, sewer and garbage service, obtain account information, order drop boxes, or have their service discontinued.  Customer Service Representatives are available from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday except for observed holidays and furlough days.  For further information call 360.442.5035 or 360.442.5033 or send us a question below.
