Utilities can be turned on the same day if in our office by 2:30 pm.
Disconnections cannot be completed via the telephone. A termination of service form must be completed.
You may change a bill to address by completing the change of address form.
If water service is turned off for non-payment, a reconnection fee must be paid and any applicable deposits to restore service.
If water is turned back on after disconnection for non-payment by someone other than a town employee, a pulled meter fee will be assessed. If a rental property, the pulled meter fee must be paid by the owner before a new tenant can move in to the property.
