Junked Vehicles are defined as vehicles that have either an expired registration or inspection sticker and are wrecked, dismantled, or inoperable for 30 or more days. Due to legal requirements it may take up to 30 or more days from the time we receive a complaint to remove a junked vehicle. Vehicles that are registered and inspected but are still wrecked or dismantled can also be addressed, but the city can not legally tow these vehicles. If a car is parked on the street for more than 24 hours it is considered "abandoned". Report abandoned vehicles here.
