The exterior property and premises and interior of vacant structures should be kept free from litter, trash, rubbish, junk or any other material that is unsightly, offensive, or is harboring insects and rodents. Items not deteriorated by weather and designed to be used or stored outdoors may be stored in limited quantities in the back yard so long as they do not become a nuisance.
