Business Registration Certificates must be renewed by the "Payment Due Date" on the renewal form (within 30 days after the expiration date).  The payment must be received in our office or postmarked by the "Payment Due Date" or payment will be subject to penalty.

If you do not receive a renewal application by mail, please contact the Business Registration Division at (909) 384-5302.  The business owner is responsible for timely renewal.  Failure to receive a renewal notice for any reason does not relieve the business owner of his/her responsibility for timely payment.
