My company owns an office building. My business uses one of those spaces and I rent the other eight spaces to other tenants. Would I apply for my building or would each tenant need to submit an application?
This situation can be handled multiple ways. An application may be submitted for the entire building. Alternatively, individual applications may be submitted for each individual business in the office building.
We do not own the building we currently work in. Therefore, it would be rather challenging to complete the automated benchmarking service. Is that a deal breaker on this project if I can't put that together?
A benchmarking analysis conducted using the Energy Star Portfolio Manager is required in order to participate in this grant program.

Purchasing alternatively fueled vehicles and/or carpool and transportation programs are eligible for funding through this program.
