Neighborhood Traffic Management Program -Traffic Calming

In response to citywide citizen concerns about traffic safety, the City Council took action to address traffic issues such as speeding by approving a Neighborhood Traffic Management Program (NTMP).

Neighborhoods participating in the NTMP develop a traffic calming plan for their residential streets that may include the installation of speed humps, traffic circles, pedestrian islands, striping, etc.

For more information, including application forms for the program, please visit the NTMP website or contact the NTMP Coordinator by filling out the form below or calling (209) 937-8613.
