The City of Stockton's Central Parking District (CPD) administers the City's surface lots and parking structures in the Downtown area. The CPD is operated by an Advisory Board appointed by the City Council. Capital improvements. Maintenance and operating expenses of the CPD are funded by an assessment on all property located within the Parking District. Other funding sources include charges for monthly and hourly parking privileges and income from contract agreements.
