If water service to your residence has been disconnected due to a billing concern, please contact Utility Billing by placing a service request or calling 303-538-7370 during regular business hours.

New Residents

To set-up trash/recycling service, please contact Environmental Services by placing a service request, via email at environmentalsvcs@cityofthornton.net, or calling 720-977-6200.
