DescriptionPosible over occupancy. There are always four cars in the parking area. The blue car is parking on the grass.

Also, is there anyway to request/require the occupants to clean up the acumulated debris in the front hedge?

Mr. Melia,
I have reached out to the property manager, no response yet. I spoke to a tenant who stated there are three unrelated living in the house. Lots of friends park there for convenience.
I explained parking on the grass is not allowed and they will receive a violation letter if parking on the grass continues.
I will close this case but will continue to monitor the property.

I have been by the property several times and have only seen 3 vehicles. I will continue to monitor.
I will reach out to the owner, and/or tenants regarding occupancy and parking requirements.
Please contact David Darnell (540-443-1612) about debris in the yard.
