| Mr. Melia, I have reached out to the property manager, no response yet. I spoke to a tenant who stated there are three unrelated living in the house. Lots of friends park there for convenience. I explained parking on the grass is not allowed and they will receive a violation letter if parking on the grass continues. I will close this case but will continue to monitor the property.
