Oakley City Hall will be closed, except for the Police Department until 8:00 a.m. on Monday, January 6th. The Police Department will remain open, and the Police Department non-emergency line is (925) 625-8060.

Building inspections will be available Monday, December 23rd; Thursday, December 26th through Friday, December 27th; Monday, December 30th; and Thursday, January 2nd. Please call (925) 625-7005 to schedule an inspection request. **All same-day requests need to be called in before 7am.**

Public Works inspections for encroachment permits will be available Friday, December 20th, and Monday, December 23rd, only from 7 am – 4 pm. Please call in inspection requests to (925) 625-7125.

Private development inspections will be available Monday, December 23rd; Thursday, December 26th; Friday, December 27th; Monday, December 30th; Thursday, January 2nd; and Friday, January 3rd. Please call in private development inspection requests to 510-367-5800.

Construction will not be allowed on Tuesday, December 24th; Wednesday, December 25th; Tuesday, December 31st; and Wednesday, January 1st.

The Code Enforcement Division will be providing service calls concerning public health and safety issues on an as-needed basis. Please call 911 for any health and safety emergencies.
