Unauthorized disposal of waste on public or private property. Trash or debris left on the street or sidewalk, bulky items placed without a scheduled pickup, or runoff may be a violation.
Off-Hours Construction
Construction hours are Monday through Friday from 8:00AM to 7:00PM; Saturdays from 9:00AM to 7:00PM; and Sundays and Holidays from 10:00AM to 6:00PM.
Overgrown Vegetation

Land, buildings, and structures that are not kept in a safe, sanitary, secure, and structurally sound condition may constitute a Property Maintenance violation. Structural integrity, exterior maintenance, and mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems maintained in good working order ensure safety and habitability standards.
