The Township Board of Health assists with referrals to outside entities and for notification of mosquito, mold or septic complaints to the County.
Mold Complaints
Residents that reside in rental properties in Winslow Township and experience mold issues may contact this office to make a report or you can create a citizen request below. Request will be forwarded to the proper departments.

Trees that are on township roadways (not county or state highways) that are hanging over roadway, in the road, or obstructing view of motorist will be taken care of as quickly as possible.

Address Numbers
Address numbers must be placed in a position that is legible and visible from the street or numbers that are at least 3 inches in height.
Basketball Hoop
Basketball hoops are not allowed on the curb or in the street (Township right-of-way)
Dumping - Illegal
Dumping of material on private OR public property within the Township is not permissible. This includes construction material, household waste, etc.
High Grass and Weeds
Grass and/or weeds cannot exceed an average height over 6 inches. The owner of the property, whether vacant or occupied, is responsible for maintenance of the property.
Intersections - Visibility
If this obstruction is actively obstructing the view of motorists and/or pedestrians please do not complete an online ticket - instead contact the Police Department immediately at (609) 561-3300.

Motor Driven Recreational Vehicle
Parking - Front Lawn
No resident may park their motor vehicle, boat, or motor home on their front lawn and not in their driveway or parking area
Recyclable
Green-lid recyclable toter provided by the township should be used to dispose of recyclable items (glass, plastic, cans), contact the Code Enforcement Office at 609-567-0700 ext. 7002 or complete ticket to report nonrecycling.
Rodent Infestation
No residence or building shall be allowed to be in such condition as to promote infestation of rodents and insects. Complete ticket for review of property by Code Enforcement.
Swimming Pool - Maintenance/Repair
Swimming pools must be properly maintained and secured, with no standing dirty water or safety concern.

No trailer truck shall be parked on the street (over 4 tons), parked on a resident
Trash - Removal of Debris
No trash/debris shall accumulate on a property. Please complete ticket for requested inspection.
Trash - To Curb Too Soon
Trash/recycling containers should not be placed curbside before 5 p.m. day before collection.
Vehicle(s) - Inoperable, unlicensed
Inoperable vehicles stored on private property OR on a public street (mechanical issues, flat tire, no engine) with expired or missing state license registration should be reported.

Unfit/Unsafe Structure
If you see an unoccupied structure that you believe to be unfit or unsafe, please complete ticket. If you see an occupied structure believed to be unsafe please call police at (609) 561-3300.

All residential rentals are rquired to be registered with the Township. Please complete ticket to report unregistered rental.

Litter
If you see anyone actively in the process of dumping or littering please contact the police department at (609) 561-3300 - otherwise if you see litter on the side of Township highways, etc. please complete a service ticket.
Potholes
Potholes on Township roadways can be reported here by completing a ticket. Potholes on County road should be reported to the County at (856) 566-2980. Unsure whether County or Township road - complete ticket here.
Snow Removal
If roadway is icy or dangerous please report IMMEDIATELY to police at 911 or (609) 561-3300. Do not submit ticket! For all other snow removal related questions/concerns please call 609-567-0700 option "2". Please note messages are NOT monitored 24/7. Immediate safety concerns must go to police at 609-561-3300.

Trash/Recycling Missed
If your trash, yard and/or recycling was not picked up, out properly, and was out prior to 7am on your scheduled trash day please complete ticket.
White Goods - Request PickUp
White goods (refrigerators - doors off, washers, dryers, dishwashers, stoves, swing sets, lawn mowers, hot water heaters and all other metal items are usually scheduled to be picked up on Fridays. Must be scheduled, complete ticket.

Storm Drain/Stormwater related issues
Please provide detailed locations with any storm drain issues. Please report to this office immediately if someone is littering or dumping anything into the storm drains.
Street Signage
Please report Stop Sign problems immediately to the Police Department 609-561-3300. All other sign request will be handled as soon as possible.
Street Sweeping
If you would like to request the Public Works street sweeper to sweep along a specific street - please detail location in ticket or call Public Works at (609) 567-0700 Option 2.
